Disposal Items means those facilities described in paragraph 2 in Part II of Schedule A.

The Vendor has not made any representations or warranties in the Transaction Documents regarding the fitness or quality of any drawings, manuals, schematics, plans, records, logs or other documentation accepted by the Purchaser in connection with the Purchased Assets and the Disposal Items and the Purchaser agrees that its reliance on or use thereof is at the Purchaser’s sole risk.
