Disposal Contracts definition

Disposal Contracts means together the following contracts:
Disposal Contracts has the meaning specified in Section 1.1(c)(iii).
Disposal Contracts means the contracts for the disposal of waste existing on 1 December 2010 and any contracts or arrangements replacing such contracts; "District Authorities" means all of the Partner Authorities excluding the County Council;
