Disposal Charge definition

Disposal Charge is defined in Section 17.3.
Disposal Charge means the amount of money to be charged for each ton of Acceptable Solid Waste (ASW) delivered to the Resource Recovery Facility as established by the procedures authorized in the Municipal Service Agreement.
Disposal Charge means the amount of money to be charged for each ton of Solid Waste delivered To the Mid-Connecticut System as established by The procedures authorized in the Municipal Service Agreement.
