display fixtures means those trade fixtures which are common in Lessee's business.) Within ninety (90) days of the projected date of occupancy of the Premises by Lessee or, if later, the date on which the Lease is executed, Lessor shall provide Lessee with a suggested list of contractors from which list Lessee may select its contractor to make alterations or improvements to the Premises.
