Display Devices definition

Display Devices means any display device used to access and display the Service; the “Service” means Licensor’s information applications subscribed to by Licensee hereunder; “Service Start Date” means the date from which Licensee receives the applicable Service; “Fees” means the fees payable pursuant to Section 3 hereof; ““Office” means the address of Licensee’s office in which a Display Device is located; “Order Form” means the attached Order Form that sets out the commercial terms and is executed by the parties; “Term” means the period identified in the Order Form, or any renewal term, as applicable.

Examples of Display Devices in a sentence

  • Display Devices running Instinct will be managed through Google Play and your EMM, and will not receive updates via OTAP.

  • The Media Manager App may be installed and used on Android mobile devices running a compatible Android version other than Display Devices (“Third Party Devices”).

  • You are responsible for enrolling and managing your Display Devices through an EMM (except to the extent we provide enrollment services to you).

  • Updated versions of Instinct are automatically pushed to your Display Devices through the Trimble-Provided EMM by default; your EMM administrator may change this setting to determine when an updated version of Instinct is pushed to your Display Devices.

  • The wallboard fee is applicable to all Wallboard Devices, the terminal fee is applicable to all other devices or means of access, including but not limited to: Display Devices, Unique User ID’s, Algo-Boxes and Slave Devices, in addition to terminal fees for declared Subscribers datafeeds will incur an independent fee as per the table below for ICE Futures Exchanges .
