Displacee definition

Displacee means a Brennan Future Damages Class Member who would have directly won a Disputed Transfer under the circumstances set forth in Paragraph 14b.
Displacee means a person, natural or corporate, that is, or shall be, displaced as a result of a School Facilities Project.

Examples of Displacee in a sentence

  • If Displacee is not entitled to relocation benefits by virtue of not being legally present in the United States, this milestone would be reduced to a single milestone of 10%.

  • Displacee may not receive a 90-day notice prior to an initial interview.

  • All distributed surveys shall have the ROW CSJ and Parcel number pre-completed by the Relocation Agent before delivery to the Displacee.
