Displaced resident definition
Displaced resident means any individual or family occupant of a dwelling who qualifies as a displaced person under Section 214 hereof.
Displaced resident. An individual that was subjected to a Right-of-Way relocation. A displaced resident’s hours are eligible to count toward the Local Hiring Goal for the duration of the Construction Period.
