Dispensed definition

Dispensed means a Schedule II, III, or IV controlled substance given to a patient by a pharmacy or prescriber pursuant to an order by a prescriber.
Dispensed means furnished to or for a patient as contemplated by Section 4024 of the Business and Professions Code and does not include “administered.”
Dispensed means that the beverage is distributed using stand-alone equipment rather than through a fountain machine or in bottles or cans.

Dispensed means the transaction where a Genentech HGH product or Human Growth Hormone Product is taken out of Nova Factor's inventory and dispensed by Nova Factor to a patient, and "Purchased" and/or "Purchases" shall mean the transaction where a Genentech HGH product is ordered by and shipped to the purchasing entity.
Dispensed or ‘gave’ means the act of physically presenting a receptacle containing beer, wine, or intoxicating liquor to the underage person, or intentionally making available a receptacle containing beer, wine, or intoxicating liquor to the underage person with direct knowledge that the underage person intends to consume the beer, wine, or other intoxicating liquor, but without physically presenting such receptacle to the underage person, whose actions or intoxication results in the sustaining of damages by another person.
