Dispatch Request definition

Dispatch Request means a notification to the Police that an alarm, either manual or automatic, has been activated at an alarm site for the purpose of summoning the Police to investigate the alarm site;
Dispatch Request. Centre shall receive a dispatch request from the Customer's POC (or otherwise as agreed). The Dispatch Request will be in the form of an email, web-based form submittal or in the form of a telephone call to Centre’s NOC seven (7) days per week twenty-four (24) hours per day. When delivered by Customer, the dispatch request shall at a minimum identify the facility name, local contact, address, telephone number, nature of the problem, and any special request or other more specific information (i.e., any special skills required, test equipment, unusual site needs, etc.). Customer's POC shall select an on-site response time based on service needs. Centre shall create an internal trouble ticket based upon the information contained in the dispatch request. Centre shall acknowledge the dispatch request with a response containing the internally assigned trouble ticket number.
Dispatch Request means a notification to the Panama City Beach Police or Fire Department that an alarm, either manual or automatic, has been activated at a particular alarm site.

More Definitions of Dispatch Request

Dispatch Request means a request from CLI to LCC to dispatch the Boilers that conforms to the requirements of Section 10.1.
Dispatch Request. The CCA shall receive a Dispatch Request from the Client’s TPOC (or otherwise as agreed to below). The Dispatch Request will be in the form of an e-mail, web-based form submittal (for record keeping purposes) or alarm notification message and can be augmented in the form of a telephone call (pager or direct) sent to the CCA seven (7) days per week twenty-four hours per day. When delivered by Client, the Dispatch Request shall minimally identify the facility name, local contact, address, telephone number, nature of the problem, and any special request or other more specific information (i.e., any special skills required, test equipment, unusual site needs, etc.). The Client’s TPOC shall select a call “Criticality” based on the criteria identified in Criticality Section above. The CCA shall create an internal Contingent trouble ticket based upon the information contained in the Dispatch Request. The CCA shall acknowledge the Dispatch Request with a response containing the internally assigned trouble ticket number.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.

  • Dispatch Notice means a notice delivered by CAISO to Owner’s Scheduling Coordinator on a daily, hourly or real-time basis requesting dispatch of one or more Unit(s) to provide Energy or Ancillary Services under this Agreement. Dispatch Notices include: (a) Day-Ahead Schedules and Real-Time Dispatches where the RMR Unit or Units are flagged as RMR Dispatches as a result of the Market-Power Mitigation and Reliability Requirements Determination processes pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, (b) Manual RMR Dispatch Notices, (c) notices deemed to have been given by CAISO for the Energy actually Delivered by a Unit that starts or increases Energy output as a result of a “system emergency” as defined in the CAISO Tariff whether the start or increase occurs automatically (for Units specified in Section 2 of Schedule A as having the ability to Start-up or ramp automatically) or pursuant to a standing written order of the CAISO, and (d) Test Dispatch Notices given by CAISO under Section 4.9 other than Test Dispatch Notices issued at Owner’s request to test Availability or heat input of the Unit.

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Work request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.

  • Dispatch means the act of reducing all or a portion of the electrical consumption of the PDR pursuant to a Dispatch Instruction.

  • Dispatch Rate means the control signal, expressed in dollars per megawatt-hour, calculated and transmitted continuously and dynamically to direct the output level of all generation resources dispatched by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the Offer Data.

  • Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.

  • Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.

  • Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.

  • Dispatch Instruction has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;

  • Local Service Request or "LSR" means the industry standard forms and supporting documentation used for ordering local services.

  • Urgent care request means a claim relating to an admission, availability of care, continued stay or health care service for which the covered person received emergency services but has not been discharged from a facility, or any Pre-Service Claim or concurrent care claim for medical care or treatment for which application of the time periods for making a regular external review determination:

  • Direct request means a petition filed by an individual in a tribunal of this state in a proceeding involving an obligee, obligor, or child residing outside the United States.

  • Peak-Hour Dispatch means, for purposes of calculating the Energy and Ancillary Services Revenue Offset under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5, an assumption, as more fully set forth in the PJM Manuals, that the Reference Resource is committed in the Day-Ahead Energy Market in four distinct blocks of four hours of continuous output for each block from the peak-hour period beginning with the hour ending 0800 EPT through to the hour ending 2300 EPT for any day when the average day-ahead LMP for the area for which the Net Cost of New Entry is being determined is greater than, or equal to, the cost to generate (including the cost for a complete start and shutdown cycle) for at least two hours during each four-hour block, where such blocks shall be assumed to be committed independently; provided that, if there are not at least two economic hours in any given four-hour block, then the Reference Resource shall be assumed not to be committed for such block; and to the extent not committed in any such block in the Day- Ahead Energy Market under the above conditions based on Day-Ahead LMPs, is dispatched in the Real-Time Energy Market for such block if the Real-Time LMP is greater than or equal to the cost to generate under the same conditions as described above for the Day-Ahead Energy Market. Peak Market Activity:

  • Local Service Request (LSR means the form used to input orders to the Local Service Center (LSC) by CLEC, including, but not limited to orders to add, establish, change or disconnect services.

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • Data Subject Request means a request made by a Data Subject to exercise any rights of Data Subjects under Data Protection Laws;

  • Dispatcher means the same as that term is defined in Section 53-6-102.

  • Subject Access Request means a request for Personal Data falling within the provisions of Section 7 of the DPA and Article 11, 12 & 15 of the GDPR

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • LC Request a request for issuance of a Letter of Credit, to be provided by Borrower Agent to Issuing Bank, in form satisfactory to Agent and Issuing Bank.

  • Change Request means a change request made in accordance with Section 4 below and in the form made available by SAP from time to time or included in the Order Form.
