Dispatch License definition

Dispatch License means the license required for each modem, email connector or dispatch connector created in the Database Service Component, as further detailed in the Documentation.
Dispatch License means a License granted by the Commission under this Law to exercise dispatch rights over all Generation and transmission Licensees and, in order to meet the requirements of Distribution, Import, Export Licensees and Direct or other consumers. Upon Commission’s approval the other rights may also be granted to the Dispatch licensee.

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is licensed to the Company or a Subsidiary by any third party.

  • Technology License Agreement means the Technology License Agreement dated as of the date hereof between Allergan and ASTI.

Copyleft Licenses include the GNU General Public License, the GNU Lesser General Public License, the Mozilla Public License, the Common Development and Distribution License, the Eclipse Public License and all Creative Commons “sharealike” licenses.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • Sublicense means any agreement to Sublicense.

  • Company License Agreements means any license agreements granting any right to use or practice any rights under any Intellectual Property (except for such agreements for off-the-shelf products that are generally available for less than $25,000), and any written settlements relating to any Intellectual Property, to which the Company is a party or otherwise bound; and the term “Software” means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code.

  • Intellectual Property License Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11.
