Dispatch Costs definition

Dispatch Costs means the cost of delivered fuel, and other variable operation and maintenance to generate one MWh from the CS1 plant.
Dispatch Costs means the cost incurred by FECR for dispatching services in the Corridor and the Viaduct/Station Segment.
