DISPATCH CHARGE definition

DISPATCH CHARGE means the per Circuit Provisioning dispatch fee paid by Pathnet to Incumbent upon successful completion of a Circuit Provisioning dispatch.
DISPATCH CHARGE. Has the meaning ascribed to it in the Rules. Distribution System Has the meaning ascribed to it in the Rules. DSO Coordinates Has the meaning ascribed to it in the Rules.
DISPATCH CHARGE means the dispatch fee for Circuit Provisioning paid by Pathnet to Incumbent upon successful completion of a Circuit Provisioning dispatch, as more particularly described in Schedule C attached hereto.

DISPATCH CHARGE means the dispatch fee for Circuit Provisioning paid by Pathnet to Texaco upon successful completion of a Circuit Provisioning dispatch, as more particularly described in Schedule C attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Related to DISPATCH CHARGE

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the room charge, and reimbursement of the assessment as allowed in section 6.

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;
