Dismissal Stipulation means the Stipulation Between Debtors and Creditors' Committee Regarding Settlement and Agreement With Respect to Motion to Dismiss, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A to, and was approved by, the Dismissal Order.

Examples of Dismissal Stipulation in a sentence

  • If the Dismissal Stipulation has been filed in the Injunction Action and the proviso set forth in the immediately preceding sentence has not previously been triggered, then on and after October 1, 2019, the Side Letters, and the terms in the Side Letters, shall be deemed void and of no further force and effect.
