If the Dismissal Stipulation has been filed in the Injunction Action and the proviso set forth in the immediately preceding sentence has not previously been triggered, then on and after October 1, 2019, the Side Letters, and the terms in the Side Letters, shall be deemed void and of no further force and effect.
