Dish TV or “the Demerged Company” means Dish TV India Limited, a company incorporated under the Act and having its registered office at Essel House, B-10, Lawrence Road, Industrial Area, Delhi – 110035;
Dish TV means Dish TV India Limited, prior to the effectiveness of the Amalgamation;

  • It is clarified that in such a situation, the Broadcaster shall be fully liable for such defaults/non-compliance and shall indemnify Dish TV for all the cost and consequences arising therefrom.

  • Dish TV has agreed to distribute the channel(s) of the Broadcaster as described in this Agreement, on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • In case, the transmission of the Channel is not available for a continuous period of more than 24 hours in a month, then Dish TV shall be entitled to take such steps which are in the interest of the subscribers of the DTH services and also not in prejudice to the interest of Broadcaster.

  • The ‘discontinuation threshold’ for the Channel shall be the number arrived at by multiplying the average active subscriber base of Dish TV in its Target Market with the ‘discontinuation multiplier’ for the language of that Channel.
