Disembark and “Boarding Period”)
Disembark means the time when the Boarding Person has been apart from MIRAI or her facilities/equipments such as her gangway, boarding ladder, deck and others and has completed the shifting to pier, wharf, lighter/barge, ferry, helicopter and others, irrespective of traffic/boarding methods, in accordance with the directions of the Master of MIRAI in order to finish the boarding on MIRAI.
Disembark means the time when the Boarding Person has been apart from YOKOSUKA or her facilities/equipments such as her gangway, boarding ladder, deck and others and has completed the shifting to pier, wharf, lighter/barge, ferry, helicopter and others, irrespective of traffic/boarding methods, in accordance with the directions of the Master of YOKOSUKA in order to finish the boarding on YOKOSUKA.
