Discretionary Work definition

Discretionary Work means any worked performed by CGI at the request of or on behalf of the Customer that is outside of Non-Discretionary Work. For clarity these examples are included but not exhaustive: Table data updates (based on requirements from the business), Ad-Hoc requests to run batch jobs, Ad-Hoc requests to run reports, and Ad-Hoc requests to run SQL queries.

Examples of Discretionary Work in a sentence

  • A Discretionary Work Request Form shall be executed and filed with the Town for all changes and/or additional work or materials in excess of the requirements covered in the contract.

  • The Discretionary Work Request Form, when endorsed by the Contractor and the Town, shall become binding to both parties thereto.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing terms of this Section 10.1, and notwithstanding Sections 7, 8 and 9 above and Sections 10.2 and 10.3 below, it is hereby agreed and acknowledged that Resident Curator has previously submitted the required support information and other related plans for certain Curator Program Improvements and Additional Discretionary Work, all as more particularly shown or described in Exhibit L attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Pre-Approved Work”).
