Discovery Project definition

Discovery Project means an Antibody discovery research or development project directed against a Bullpen Target proposed for inclusion in the Program by either Party at any time during the Discovery Period pursuant to Section 4.5.
Discovery Project shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.29.
Discovery Project has the meaning given in Section 3(d)(i).
