Discovery Programs definition

Discovery Programs means, collectively, the PD-1 Discovery Program, XXX-3 Discovery Program and LAG-3 Discovery Program, and “Discovery Program” shall mean any of such programs.

  • In the event that GSK's Percentage Interest is 50.1% or greater and GSK breaches its obligation not to dispose of beneficial ownership of Voting Stock prior to September 1, 2012 pursuant to Section 2.2(b)(i)(B), the "Research Term" under the Alliance Agreement shall lapse simultaneously with such breach and in accordance with Section 3.1.1 of the Alliance Agreement, GSK's future opt-in rights to the Company's Discovery Programs on or after the date of such breach shall terminate.

  • The data generated from these two research programs will inform the Drug Discovery Programs.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, AnaptysBio agrees to conduct research under the Discovery Programs, which shall be funded as set forth in Section 6.

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Parties agree that, for the term of this Agreement and for ten (10) years thereafter, the receiving Party shall not, except as expressly provided in this Section 10, disclose to any Third Party any Confidential Information furnished to it by the disclosing Party hereto pursuant to this Agreement, or any results of the Discovery Programs (“Results”).

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;

  • Development Candidate means a Collaboration Compound designated by Biogen Idec as a Development Candidate in accordance with Section 2.6.

  • Product Candidate means any pharmaceutical product developed, manufactured and/or tested by or on behalf of the Company that has not received a Regulatory Authorization for commercial distribution other than in connection with pre-clinical or clinical trials.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Research means a methodical investigation into a subject.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Clinical Studies means human clinical trials for a Licensed Product and any other tests and studies for a Licensed Product in human subjects.
