The Annual Registration Fee is the Initial Credit and Fee Payment for vehicles registered for the Local User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan.
If you have a vehicle which is registered for the Local User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan Section 2 (General Terms – All Vehicle Plans), Section 4 (Sticker Plan Terms) and Section 5 (Local User Discount Scheme Plan Terms) will apply to that vehicle.
The first Monthly Fee is the Initial Credit and Fee Payment for vehicles registered for the Frequent User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan.
The Local User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan will not apply to any Crossing made by a vehicle without a Sticker correctly positioned in the windshield.
If you have a vehicle which is registered for the Frequent User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan Section 2 (General Terms – All Vehicle Plans), Section 4 (Sticker Plan Terms) and Section 5 (Frequent User Discount Scheme Plan Terms) will apply to that vehicle.
The Frequent User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan and the Disabled User and Emergency Service Scheme Vehicle Plan will not require the minimum start up balance but will require the £5 per vehicle registration.
For the avoidance of doubt, the vehicle registration fee and minimum start up balance will not apply if the vehicle is registered for the Local User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan.
If you own the vehicle(s) you are registering for the Local Residents’ Discount Scheme you must provide a clear A4 copy or a legible scan or image of the vehicle(s) V5 document (Registered Keeper) that shows that the vehicle is registered to the application name and address.
An LGV registered to a company and/or organisation is not eligible for the Local Residents’ Discount Scheme.
You are bound by, and must comply with, the General Terms and these Special Terms when using your Account whilst remaining enrolled in the Local Residents’ Discount Scheme.
