Discount Note Purchase Agreement means the Purchase Agreement with respect to the Discount Notes and Warrants, dated as of February 18, 1998, among Holdings, Capital, Enterprises, AHL, the Trust and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and First Boston (as representatives of the several initial purchasers).
