DISCOUNT EXPENSE definition

DISCOUNT EXPENSE means the face amount of the Old Acceptance less the discount proceeds of such Old Acceptance received by the Borrowers on the date of discount of the Old Acceptance. As used herein "Required Acceptance Payment" shall mean the difference between (x)(I) the face amount of the Old Acceptance less (II) the Discount Expense relating thereto and (y)(I) the face amount of the New Acceptance less (II) the Discount Expense relating thereto.
DISCOUNT EXPENSE shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.8(f).

Related to DISCOUNT EXPENSE

  • Loss Adjustment Expense means costs and expenses incurred by the Company in connection with the investigation, appraisal, adjustment, settlement, litigation, defense or appeal of a specific claim or loss, or alleged loss, including but not limited to:

  • Extra Expense means expense or cost incurred (1) to continue the conduct of the Assured’s business,

  • Cost outlier means cases which have an extraordinarily high cost as established in 79.1(5)“f,” so as to be eligible for additional payments above and beyond the initial DRG payment.

  • Rent Expense means, for any Person for any period of determination, such Person’s operating lease expense computed in accordance with GAAP, including, without limitation, all contingent rentals, but excluding all common area maintenance expenses.

  • Consolidated Amortization Expense for any period means the amortization expense of the Issuer and the Restricted Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
