Discord Server definition

Discord Server means a sub-section of the Discord Platform that is created and managed by an individual or a group, and that hosts a community or group, allowing users to communicate through text, voice, and video channels.

Discord Server means the external third-party application in which the DAO hosts a unique server with certain communication channels open to the Members (with some channels of communication open to the public) and serves primarily as a mechanism for communication between parties interested in the activities of the DAO and as a medium for the DAO to publish and update official links to material information, as well as to help assist the communication of any governance protocol.

Examples of Discord Server in a sentence

  • Exchange information primarily via the coordination channels on the San ▇▇▇▇ CERAP Discord Server, or any other practicable means of coordination.

  • Any records of such meetings, including (but not limited to) voice recordings or minutes, will be posted to either the DAO’s website, its X/Twitter, its Discord Server, or any other similar and effective platform and therefore will be accessible by the Public at large.

  • Blaze requires a member to exhibit a certain type of behaviour when interacting with colleagues, "Discord Server Members", and when posting content on ANY BLAZE OWNED PLATFORM.
