Discontinued Value definition

Discontinued Value means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Series B Note of any Tranche, the amount obtained by discounting all Remaining Scheduled Payments with respect to such Called Principal from their respective scheduled due dates to the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal, in accordance with accepted financial practice and at a discount factor (applied on the same periodic basis as that on which interest on the Series B Note of such Tranche is payable) equal to the Reinvestment Yield with respect to such Called Principal.

  • Good Value means that the Benchmarked Rates are within the Upper Quartile

  • Adjusted Value as used in subdivision (d) means:

  • Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.

  • Worst Value means, in respect of a ST Valuation Date, the RI Value for the Reference Item(s) with the lowest or equal lowest RI Value for any Reference Item in the Basket in respect of such ST Valuation Date.

  • Replacement Value means the price, including accrued interest, at which Equivalent Securities to the Borrowed Securities could be purchased in the principal market for such securities at the time of election by State Street under Section 13.1 hereof.
