Disconnect Device definition

Disconnect Device means a Company-approved, physical disconnection assembly or apparatus that will function as a means to disengage electrical services between the Company’s electrical system and any Equipment, and may include an “in-line fuse” assembly or other form of dual pole disconnection device that may also provide a level of electrical system protection.
Disconnect Device means a Company-approved, physical disconnect device that will function as a means of electrical separation between the Company’s electrical system and any Equipment or Supplemental Attachment, and may include, an “in-line fuse” assembly or other form of dual pole disconnect device that provide a level of electrical system protection.

  • For avoidance of doubt, neither the conversion of an existing luminaire with a like-kind LED luminaire and/or the installation or inclusion of an NLC Node with similar physical and operational characteristics in the same location and orientation as the existing luminaire nor the initial installation of a Disconnect Device within the specified twenty-four (24) months following the Closing will require a Field Survey.
