Disclosure Recipient definition

Disclosure Recipient means, with respect to any Member, such Person’s Affiliates, and such Person’s and such Affiliates’ respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, investors, attorneys or other financial or professional advisors, prospective purchasers or other prospective transferees (directly or indirectly) of all or any portion of such Member’s Interest and any prospective lender or other source of debt or equity financing to such Member, or any of such Member’s Affiliates, with respect to the Company.

Disclosure Recipient means, with respect to any Limited Partner, such Person’s Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, beneficial owners, attorneys or other financial or professional advisors or consultants. Examples of Disclosure Recipient in a sentence

  • At least thirty (30) days before Recipient submits a paper or abstract for Disclosure, Recipient shall provide such paper or abstract to Provider, who will have thirty (30) days to review proposed manuscripts and fifteen (15) days to review proposed paper or abstract to assure that its Confidential Information is protected.

  • Information Disclosure Requirements means the requirements to disclose information under:

  • Confidential personal information means a party’s or a party’s child’s Social Security number; date of birth; driver license number; any other names used, now or in the past; and employer’s name, address, and telephone number.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • Supplier's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, Know-How, personnel and suppliers of the Supplier, including IPRs, together with information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential;
