Disclosure Level definition
Disclosure Level means [Basic, Standard, or Enhanced including, where required, the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) verification];
Disclosure Level is Enhanced for staff permitted unescorted access within prisons. Those entering prisons regularly (on an escorted basis) will require Disclosure Scotland at Basic level.
Disclosure Level means the criminal record and background vetting of individuals through Disclosure Scotland at Enhanced level (including verification of any Summary Justice Direct Measures) for the Supplier’s staff or the equivalent Disclosure Levels under the Disclosure Scotland Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme or other such revisions to the vetting standards;

The Supplier acknowledges that the Purchaser has the right to deny entry to any individual that has not completed the process for obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard clearance and who is unable to evidence a current, valid Disclosure Scotland certificate at the Disclosure Level indicated in this Contract.
