Disclosed agent means a taxable person acting as an intermediary in the transaction for the supply of goods or services in the name and for the account of another person.
Disclosed agent is defined as the party who purchases the license on behalf of the Purchaser of Record. The Disclosed Agent may be a design firm, freelancer, employee, or any other party contracted by the Purchaser of Record.
