Disclose the Source definition

Disclose the Source means a student found in violation this Policy reveals to a school or District administrator: (1) the name of the person who provided the prohibited substance; (2) how the substance was provided; (3) where the substance was provided; and (4) when the substance was provided. Disclosing the source is strongly encouraged and may be considered when imposing discipline for a violation of this policy.

  • Discrete source means a radionuclide that has been processed so that its concentration within a material has been purposely increased for use for commercial, medical, or research activities.

  • Sole Source means a contractor providing goods or services of such a unique nature or sole availability at the location required that the contractor is clearly and justifiably the only practicable source to provide the goods or services. (RCW 39.26.010)

  • Third Party means a provider of digital educational software or services, including cloud- based services, for the digital storage, management, and retrieval of Education Records and/or Student Data, as that term is used in some state statutes.   • Third Party Confidential Information means any and all non-public information provided to Employee, on a confidential basis, by or on behalf of any existing or potential client, vendor, or other person or entity in an existing or potential business relationship with the Company. Additionally, the term “Third Party Confidential Information” includes the aforementioned non-public information that has become public because a person or entity breached an obligation to maintain its confidentiality.

  • Primary Source means the Screen Page specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement and (in the case of any Screen Page provided by any information service other than the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (“Reuters”)) agreed to by the Agent Bank;
