Disclosable definition

Disclosable means an investment, interest in real property, source of income, gift, loan, honorarium or travel expenses, or business position, which the filer is required to disclose pursuant to Article 2 of Chapter 7 of the Political Reform Act of 1974, as amended, or pursuant to the conflict of interest code of the filer's agency.
Disclosable means something can be made known or public. In the context of this Code of Ethics, all securities accounts must be disclosed in Star Compliance, including accounts that are deemed not “reportable” for the purpose of providing duplicate statements or trade confirmations.

Examples of Disclosable in a sentence

  • This obligation to disclose information extends to any and all Disclosable Information that has been identified through the Company’s compliance and controls program, whistleblower channel, internal audit reports, due diligence procedures, investigation process, or other processes.

  • The Special Servicer and its Affiliates shall be prohibited from receiving or retaining any Disclosable Special Servicer Fees and any Disclosable Special Servicer Fees received by the Special Servicer or any of its Affiliates shall be remitted to the Servicer to be deposited by the Servicer into the Collection Account within two (2) Business Days of the receipt of such Disclosable Special Servicer Fees by the Special Servicer or its Affiliates.

  • The Borrower hereby authorizes and consents to the Administrative Agent and each Lender taking any and all steps the Administrative Agent or such Lender deems necessary, in its sole but reasonable discretion, to avoid a violation of all applicable laws with respect to any such Disclosable Event.

  • Each Disclosable Contract is, in all material respects, valid and enforceable by the Company in accordance with its terms.

  • Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary nor, to the knowledge of the Company, any other party to any Disclosable Contract is in material breach thereof.

  • True and complete copies of each Contract disclosable on Schedule 2.15 (a "Disclosable Contract") have been delivered to the Buyer.

  • Disclosable interests and relationships are those that may reasonably be viewed as creating a potential or actual conflict of interest.

  • Contractor shall assume no liability for, and will not warrant the accuracy or validity of, any version of a document containing Disclosable Information prepared by Owner pursuant to Section 19.3(f)(iii) above.

  • All right, title and interest in Contractor Disclosable Information contained in such document or material prepared by Owner remains with Contractor and, for the avoidance of doubt, is hereby assigned to Contractor.

  • Except as permitted to be issued or created pursuant to the terms hereof or as reflected on Schedule 3.12, there are no outstanding subscriptions, options, warrants, calls, or rights (including preemptive rights) to acquire, and no outstanding securities or instruments convertible into any Equity Interests of any Disclosable Subsidiary.
