Disciplined definition

Disciplined means that the applicant’s license was placed on probation, revoked, suspended, reproved, censured, reprimanded, restricted, limited, or conditioned.
Disciplined includes any decision or order that may be taken or issued by the College in respect to a finding of professional misconduct or incompetence in accordance with the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991; the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇; or the Drug and Pharmacies Regulation Act, all as may be amended or replaced from time to time.
