Discipline Process definition

Discipline Process means the process set out in Bylaws 12 to 21 which has been adopted by the Corporation.
Discipline Process means the processes outlined in Part V of these Bylaws. For greater certainty, an automatic suspension issued pursuant to Article 20 is not a discipline process.

Examples of Discipline Process in a sentence

  • If a student is removed from campus housing as a result of behavioral misconduct and as determined by the University Discipline Process, the student will receive no refund for the percentage of time remaining in the contract.

  • If the employee’s disciplinary history will not allow counseling or if it is determined that previous similar circumstances have resulted in formal discipline, the Captain or supervisor and the Battalion Chief or next level supervisor will move to the Formal Discipline Process and conduct an Investigative Interview.

  • Expedited Discipline Process (ECAP) is available for employees who acknowledge they committed a policy violation and wish to expedite disposition of the matter.

  • In recognition of the desire to utilize the principles of counselling, guidance and training in support of the concept of progressive discipline and, in recognition of the principle that accountability can be achieved when minor allegations of misconduct are dealt with by means other than formal discipline, it is agreed that in accordance with the provisions of Section 59 of the Police Services Act, the following Informal Discipline Process will be adopted.

  • In recognition of the desire to utilize the principles of counselling, guidance and training in support of the concept of progressive discipline and, in recognition of the principle that accountability can be achieved when minor allegations of misconduct are dealt with by means other than formal discipline, it is agreed that in accordance with the provisions of Section 64(11) of the Police Services Act, the following Informal Discipline Process will be adopted.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is understood that: $ Discipline Process does not preclude the board from taking immediate and appropriate disciplinary action and, as required, initiating disciplinary action at any Step in the Process, when necessary, in light of the circumstances.

  • Based on the results of the investigation, the faculty member may be exonerated, placed in the progressive discipline process for tenured faculty described in Progressive Discipline Process for Tenured Faculty, or recommended for an immediate dismissal to the Board of Trustees.

  • The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ involvement in the Discipline Process shall in no way be interpreted as participation in the disciplining of the Employee.

  • A copy of the form will be given 1 to the employee, the Captain or next level supervisor will maintain a copy for 6 2 months, and the Battalion Chief will enter the counseling session into the 5 If the employee’s disciplinary history will not allow counseling or if it is determined 6 that previous similar circumstances have resulted in formal discipline, the 7 Assistant Fire Chief or Fire Chief will move to the Formal Discipline Process and 8 conduct an Investigative Interview.
