Disciplinary Officer or “Conduct Administrator” means a University, College or CSCU official who is authorized to determine the appropriate resolution of an alleged violation of the Code, and/or to impose sanctions or affect other remedies as appropriate. Subject to the provisions of this Code, a disciplinary officer or conduct administrator is vested with the authority to, among other duties: investigate a complaint of an alleged violation of the Code decline to pursue a complaint, refer identified disputants to mediation or other appropriate avenues of resolution, establish charges against a student, enter into an administrative agreement developed with an Accused Student in accordance with Section II-B-3 of this Code, advise a Hearing Body, and present the case before the Hearing Body.
disciplinary offence means an Indictable Offence and/or offences described as a Disciplinary Offence in paragraphs 5.3, 7.7, 9.2 and 11.5 of this Board Membership and Conduct Policy
Disciplinary Authority means the appointing authority or any other authority as may be specified to be the Disciplinary Authority in respect of any of the post/posts and includes all the authorities superior to the appointing authority.
disciplinary law means a law regulating the discipline of any disciplined force;
Disciplinary Board means the Medical Disciplinary
Team Official means any person involved with the management, preparation or participation of a team (whether paid or unpaid), including the coaches, managers, medical staff, other support staff or any other person acting for or on behalf of a Club;
police official means any member of the South African Police Service or a municipal police service appointed in terms of the South African Police Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 68 of 1995);
Designated Official The agent authorized to act for the Agency.
Disciplinary Code means the disciplinary code of the LTA in force from time to time;
Multidisciplinary team means a membership of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of dependent adult abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, public health, social work, law, law enforcement and other disciplines relative to dependent adults. Members of the team shall include, but are not limited to, persons representing the area agencies on aging, county attorneys, health care providers, and others involved in advocating or providing services for dependent adults.
Interdisciplinary team means a group of persons with varied professional backgrounds who meet with the member to develop a comprehensive service plan to address the member’s need for services.
City Official means any elected official, employee, appointee to a board or commission, or citizen volunteer authorized to act on behalf of the City of Portland, Oregon.
Disciplinary sanction means any action listed in s. UWS 14.04 taken in response to student academic misconduct.
Disciplinary Committee means any person or committee of persons, or any subcommittee thereof, that is author- ized by a self-regulatory organization to issue disciplinary charges, to con- duct disciplinary proceedings, to settle disciplinary charges, to impose dis- ciplinary sanctions or to hear appeals thereof.
Party official means any person who holds an elective or appointive post in a political party in the United States or this state, by virtue of which the person directs, conducts, or participates in directing or conducting party affairs at any level of responsibility.
Disciplinary probation means a status in which a student may remain enrolled in the university only upon the condition that the student complies with specified standards of conduct or other requirements or restrictions on privileges, for a specified period of time, not to exceed two years.
Official means the awarding authority/officer acting on behalf of the City in the execution of the Contract.
College official means any person employed by the college or District, performing assigned administrative or professional responsibilities pursuant to this Student Conduct Code. The college president shall designate the college or center official to be responsible for the administration of the Student Conduct Code.
Disciplinary Panel means the panel appointed pursuant to Rule 613(b) to conduct hearings in connection with disciplinary proceedings (other than summary impositions of fines pursuant to Rule 601(b)), to make findings, render decisions, and impose sanctions pursuant to Chapter 6 of the Rules. The Disciplinary Panel must meet the composition requirements set forth in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations and the composition requirements set forth in Rule 613(b).
SEF Official means any Director or Officer of, or individual employed directly by, BSEF, the Regulatory Services Provider or any individual rendering similar services to BSEF under an administrative or similar agreement.
School Official For the purposes of this Agreement and pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31 (B), a School Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR 99.33(a) governing the use and re-disclosure of personally identifiable information from Education Records. Student Data: Student Data means personally identifiable information, whether gathered by Contractor or provided by LEA or its users, students, or students’ parents/guardians, that is descriptive of the student including, but not limited to, information in the student’s educational record or email, first and last name, home address, telephone number, email address, or other information allowing online contact, discipline records, videos, test results, special education data, juvenile dependency records, grades, evaluations, criminal records, medical records, health records, social security numbers, biometric information, disabilities, socioeconomic information, food purchases, political affiliations, religious information text messages, documents, student identifies, search activity, photos, voice recordings or geolocation information. Student Data shall constitute Education Records for the purposes of this Agreement, and for the purposes of Utah and federal laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Contractor pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or de-identified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Contractor’s services.
Disciplinary Action means any action that can be taken on the completion of / during the investigation proceedings including but not limiting to a warning, imposition of fine, suspension from official duties or any such action as is deemed to be fit considering the gravity of the matter.

Code Official means the Code Enforcement Officer, anyone fulfilling the duties of the Code Enforcement Officer on either a temporary or permanent basis, or any designee of the City Manager, the Director of the Department of Planning and Development Services, or the Code Enforcement Officer.
Reviewing official means the individual who shall make the trustworthiness and reliability determination of an individual to determine whether the individual may have, or continue to have, unescorted access to the Category 1 or Category 2 quantities of radioactive materials that are possessed by the licensee.
