Disciplinary Conference definition

Disciplinary Conference means a meeting between the accused student(s) and University representative(s) to discuss alleged nonacademic misconduct.
Disciplinary Conference means a hearing before any superior officer wherein adverse official action is made a permanent part of the Employee’s record of performance ranging from an official reprimand to dismissal, but shall not include other directive or critical meetings which are short of official action; and

Examples of Disciplinary Conference in a sentence

  • As soon as practicable thereafter, investigation and the Disciplinary Conference procedures described herein shall be undertaken and completed.

  • Nothing shall prevent the Employer from withholding a penalty determination until after the Disciplinary Conference provided herein has been completed.

  • No Disciplinary Conference shall proceed without the presence of a requested Representative.

  • The employee shall have the right to make a written response to the results of the Disciplinary Conference which shall become a part of the employee's file.

  • Disciplinary Committee means a function of the Compliance Department to fulfill various adjudicative responsibilities and duties described in Rule 602.

  • Disciplinary Code means the disciplinary code of the LTA in force from time to time;

  • Multidisciplinary team means a membership of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of dependent adult abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, public health, social work, law, law enforcement and other disciplines relative to dependent adults. Members of the team shall include, but are not limited to, persons representing the area agencies on aging, county attorneys, health care providers, and others involved in advocating or providing services for dependent adults.

  • Prehearing conference means a proceeding scheduled and conduc- ted by a hearing officer to address issues in preparation for a formal administrative hearing.

  • Interdisciplinary team means a group of persons with varied professional backgrounds who meet with the member to develop a comprehensive service plan to address the member’s need for services.
