Discharging System definition
Discharging System means a private sewage disposal system subject to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) as conveyed jointly on the District and Property owner and as defined by IC 13-11-2-144.7
Discharging System means any system where the discharge of the system is allowed to run off onto the ground surface by design (daylight) or discharge to a field tile. Any discharging system requiring a NPDES permit must utilize disinfection post treatment.
