Discharging definition

Discharging means to off-load the goods from the vessel to the quay by any method;
Discharging and “Loading” means the service of discharging and loading of goods between a vessel, trucks/motor vehicle or other conveyance to a point of rest at the terminal facility and vice versa.
Discharging means to off-load the cargo from the vessel to the quay by any method; “Loading” refers to loading cargo from the quay to the vessel by any method;

  • Risk of loss for Seller’s deliveries of Discharging Energy to Buyer shall pass from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.

  • Seller shall keep complete and accurate records necessary for the purposes of proper administration of this Agreement, including all records necessary for billing and payments, records of the Charging Energy and Discharging Energy and such other records as may be required by applicable Governmental Authorities or Prudent Utility Standards.

  • Further, Seller shall, at its own cost and expense, negotiate, enter into, and perform its obligations under, the Interconnection Agreement and such other agreements with the Transmission Provider as may be needed to enable Seller to receive Charging Energy at and discharge Discharging Energy from the Interconnection Point.

  • The amount of Discharging Energy to be transferred from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point with respect to a Settlement Interval will be determined based on measurements at the Interconnection Point made by the Project’s Metering Facilities.
