Discharge Permits definition

Discharge Permits means the Significant Industrial Sanitary Sewer User Discharge Permits that the City has issued (or subsequently issues) to Pepsi under the authority of the City Sewer Use Ordinance.
Discharge Permits has the meaning set out in Section F.13(c)(iii);
Discharge Permits means either the previously negotiated agreements or a Wastewater discharge permit and shall include the criteria for discharge to the Publicly Owned Treatment Works.

Examples of Discharge Permits in a sentence

  • The Partnership shall comply at all times with the Partnership’s Groundwater Discharge Permit(s).

  • After filing NOIs for Owner and Contractor, Owner shall distribute both completed and signed NOIs or CSNs for each copy of the SWPPP book, along with both copies of TCEQ TPEDES Construction Discharge Permits.

  • The Parties will work collaboratively, diligently and in good faith to secure the Provincial Storm Licence on terms no less favourable than the Expected Terms and any Discharge Permits that may be required.

  • Despite the City’s Long-Term Responsibility obligations, the Nation will be responsible for applying for and complying with any and all Discharge Permits at its sole cost and expense.

  • In addition, the District agrees that all such activity will comply with all requirements for connection to the City’s System, including acquiring appropriate District Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permits.

  • It is not yet known if or when the Provincial Storm Licence and Discharge Permits might expire or require renewal or replacement.

  • Laboratory procedures and analysis shall conform to the then current edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, or shall be in accordance with testing requirements of the Municipality’s Discharge Permits.
