Disbursing Agent(s) definition

Disbursing Agent(s) means each of them.
Disbursing Agent(s) means the Reorganized Plan Debtors or any other entity in its capacity as a disbursing agent under the Plan.
Disbursing Agent(s) means any Entity acceptable to the Debtor and the Consenting Holders in its capacity as a disbursing agent under the Plan.

Disbursing Agent(s) means the Reorganized Debtors or any other entity in its capacity as a disbursing agent under the Plan.
Disbursing Agent(s) means the Reorganized Debtor solely with respect to Class 1, 2, 3 and 4, and the Litigation Trustee solely with respect to Class 5.
Disbursing Agent(s) means any Entity acceptable to the Debtors and the Plan Support Parties in its capacity as a disbursing agent under the Plan.
Disbursing Agent(s) means (a) with respect to Distributions to be made on the Effective Date (the Initial Distribution Date for First Tier Claims), either the Debtors or the Liquidation Trustee, or in either case any person(s) retained by the Debtors or the Liquidation Trustee to make such Distributions, (b) with respect to all other Distributions, other than Distributions to holders of Class 6 General Unsecured Claims, the Liquidation Trustee or any person retained by the Liquidation Trustee or any person(s) to effectuate the Distributions contemplated under the Plan, and (c) with respect to Distributions to holders of Class 6 General Unsecured Claims, the Litigation Trustee or any person retained by the Litigation Trustee or any person(s) to effectuate the Distributions contemplated under the Plan.
Disbursing Agent(s) means (a) the Liquidating Trustee, with respect to Allowed Claims in Classes 4, 5, and 6, and (b) the Reorganized Debtor, with respect to Allowed Administrative, Priority Tax, DIP Facility, and Professional Fee Claims, and Allowed Claims in Classes 1 and 2.
Disbursing Agent(s) means the Reorganized Debtors or any other entity in its capacity as a disbursing agent under the Plan. The Tranche A Note and Tranche C Note will be distributed by the Litigation Trustee, and the Tranche B Note and Tranche D Note will be distributed by the Reorganized Debtors.
Disbursing Agent(s) means, collectively, the Class 5 Disbursing Agent and the Debtors Disbursing Agent.
