Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, the Note, or the Disbursement Authorization to the contrary, each party shall pay the fees and expenses of its advisers, counsel, accountants and other experts, if any, and all other expenses incurred by such party incident to the negotiation, preparation, execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement.
The Disbursement Authorization includes a disbursement of $2,750.00 to Purchaser’s legal counsel for the Purchaser’s legal fees.
A Cash Allowance Disbursement Authorization is an authorization to the Contractor by the Owner to expend monies from cash allowances included in the Guaranteed Price as contemplated under GC 4.1 – CASH ALLOWANCES.
