Disaster means a sudden emergency occurrence beyond the control of the licensee, whether natural, technological, or man-made, that renders the licensee unable to operate the facility or makes the facility uninhabitable.

Disaster Management Act means the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No.57 of 2002)

Fraud Monitoring System means an off-line administration system that monitors suspected occurrences of ABT- related fraud.
Relevant Force Majeure Event means a Force Majeure Event in relation to which an Affected Party is claiming relief under this Clause 17; and
Major disaster means any natural catastrophe (including any hurricane, tornado, storm, high water, winddriven water, tidal wave, tsunami, earthquake, volcanic eruption, landslide, mudslide, snowstorm, or drought), or, regardless of cause, any fire, flood, or explosion, in any part of the United States, which in the determination of the President causes damage of sufficient severity and magnitude to warrant major disaster assistance under this Act to supplement the efforts and available resources of States, local governments, and disaster relief organizations in alleviating the damage, loss, hardship, or suffering caused thereby.
Ex-situ conservation means the conservation of components of biological diversity outside their natural habitats.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan means the Schedule containing plans and provisions for business continuity and disaster recovery.
Substantial rehabilitation means, with respect to the SAIL Program, to bring a Development back to its original state with added improvements, where the value of such repairs or improvements (excluding the costs of acquiring or moving a structure) exceeds 40 percent of the appraised as is value (excluding land) of such Development before repair and less than 50 percent of the proposed construction work consists of new construction. For purposes of this definition, the value of the repairs or improvements means the Development Cost.
