Disaster relief force definition

Disaster relief force means all agencies of county and municipal government, private and volunteer personnel, public officers and employees, and all other persons or groups of persons identified in the Livingston County Emergency Operations Plan as having duties to perform or those called into duty or working at the direction of a party identified in the plan to perform a specific disaster or emergency related task during a local state of emergency.
Disaster relief force means all agencies of the state, county, and municipal government, private and volunteer personnel, public officers and employees, all persons or groups of persons identified in the Emergency Operations Plan, those called into duty or working at the direction of a party identified in the Plan, to perform specific disaster or emergency related tasks and those having duties or responsibilities under the Michigan Emergency Management Act or pursuant to a lawful order or directive authorized by the Act.

  • Attack directed against any civilian population means a course of conduct involving the multiple commission of acts referred to in paragraph 1 against any civilian population, pursuant to or in furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit such attack;
