Disassociation definition

Disassociation means any action which causes a Person to cease being a Member as described in Section 9 hereof.
Disassociation means the occurrence of any event which causes a Key Employee Member to become a Disqualified Person.
Disassociation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.3. --------------

DSI will also immediately terminate the Agreement of any MSO Dealer found to have made misrepresentations to DSI/DIRECTV about its marketing activities.
Disassociation of a Member shall mean the death, withdrawal, expulsion, bankruptcy, dissolution of any Member or any other event that terminates the continued membership of the Member in the Company.
Disassociation means a complete termination of a Member's membership in the Company in consequence of an event described in Article 2.8.
