Disabled aircraft definition

Disabled aircraft means any an aircraft that requires assistance to move from any position on the a runway, taxiway, or apron areas area of the airport.
Disabled aircraft means an aircraft in a non-flyable condition that is parked, stored or left on airport property, including the subleased premises of a tenant, for a period in excess of 90 days.
