Disabled Access definition

Disabled Access. Any non-disabled Licensee residing in MIT student housing that has been modified for persons with disabilities may be transferred should the need for the disabled-access space arise.

  • For the term of this Agreement, upon request from a registered voter eligible to use the RAVBM System, the County shall also continue to bring a ▇▇▇▇ Intercivic eSlate Disabled Access Unit (the “DAU”) to the voter’s home or other mutually agreed upon location during normal business hours Monday through Friday during the Early Voting Period.

  • Developer shall not discriminate against any person protected under the Disabled Access Laws in connection with the use of all or any portion of the Property and shall comply at all times with the provisions of the Disabled Access Laws.

  • For purposes of clarity, and not by way of limitation, Client may use the Reports and Data delivered under this Agreement as tools in assessment for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act or other Disabled Access Laws or as a tool in the preparation of scope of work documents for making improvements consistent with Disabled Access laws.

  • Tenant acknowledges that the Disabled Access Laws require that the programs, services and other activities provided at the Premises must be accessible to the disabled public.

  • Access Disabled Access – Whilst the site is not accessible for wheelchair users, those with limited mobility could visit much of the site, as it is relatively level, though after heavy rain, pathways, particularly by the river, become difficult to walk.

  • This will include the proper editions of the Cayman Islands Building Code, the Electrical Code, The Cayman Islands Plumbing Code, The Cayman Islands Mechanical Code, The California Disabled Access Codes, and Regulations.

  • Except with regard to construction of the Tenant Improvements pursuant to the Construction Agreement and the condition of the Premises existing as of the Reference Date, Landlord makes no representation or warranty as to the compliance of the Premises, the Building or the Project with Disabled Access Laws.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Landlord shall, at Landlord’s expense, ensure compliance of the Premises and path-of-travel to the Premises with the California Disabled Access Regulations as enforced by the local building department.

Related to Disabled Access

  • Controlled-access highway means every street or highway in respect to which owners or occupants of abutting lands and other persons have no legal right of access to or from the same except at such points only and in such manner as may be determined by the public authority having jurisdiction over such street or highway.

  • Disabled adult means a person who is 18 years of age or older and who is defined by department rule as disabled.

  • Restricted Access Area means a building, room, or other contiguous area on the premises where plant material is grown, cultivated, harvested, stored, packaged, or processed for sale under control of the manufacturer, and where no person under the age of 18 is permitted.

  • Limited access area means a building, room, or other contiguous area upon the Licensed Premises where Retail Marijuana is grown, cultivated, stored, weighed, packaged, sold, or processed for sale, under control of the Licensee.

  • Service-disabled veteran means a veteran, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(2), with a disability that is service-connected, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(16).
