DIRECTV Service definition

DIRECTV Service means the video, audio, data or other programming services distributed from time to time by DIRECTV via the DBS Distribution System (as defined in the Marketing Agreement), as edited, selected, packaged, scheduled and priced in DIRECTV's sole discretion.

  • Requesting Access Cards on behalf of other persons or for purposes other than lawful viewing of DIRECTV Service is prohibited.

  • Such Customer Interviews will address issues including, but not limited to, installation scheduling and performance, technician neatness (uniform compliance) and professionalism, DIRECTV Service demonstration by the Contractor technician, and costs related to Ancillary Work, if any.

  • TIVO agrees that DIRECTV/TIVO Combo Receiver will be enabled such that the DIRECTV Service (and related user interface) appears first to the consumer.

  • DSI MSO Dealer shall not charge any DSI MSO Dealer Property any additional fee for obtaining the DIRECTV SMATV Programming or any fee which is based upon such DSI MSO Dealer Property’s receipt of any DIRECTV Service, it being understood that the Commission (as defined in Section 2.2(c)) is the sole compensation that DSI MSO Dealer is to receive from DSI or an DSI MSO Dealer Property for any DIRECTV Service.

  • DSI MSO Dealer shall only provide programming made available as part of the DIRECTV Service through a SMATV Rate Card, which for the avoidance of doubt, means that DSI MSO Dealer is prohibited from and may not, use a programming package, channel or service made available through DIRECTV’s other business channels (such as public viewing, private viewing, business viewing and residential direct-to-home) to provide programming through a SMATV System.

  • In addition to any other limitations or rights set forth herein, DEALER’s ability to market, promote and advertise the sale of DIRECTV Systems and the DIRECTV Service is further subject to any applicable additional limitations and rights set forth on Schedule 1.6 attached hereto.
