Directory Infrastructure Systems definition

Directory Infrastructure Systems means YPS’s server computer(s) and other hardware systems, and YPS’s ListBoss and PageBoss software programs and other software programs utilized by YPS in providing Web Site development and Web Site hosting services related to the Directories.

  • YPS shall maintain a disaster recovery program for the Directory Infrastructure Systems that is consistent with YPS’s current Information Systems Contingency Plan attached to the Web Hosting Specifications.
