DIRECTORS QUALIFYING SHARES definition
DIRECTORS QUALIFYING SHARES means shares of Capital Stock of a Person held by nominees, directors or trustees pursuant to the requirements of the law of the jurisdiction in which such Person is organized.
DIRECTORS QUALIFYING SHARES means any directors qualifying shares held by directors of the Borrower as nominee for RRL (Somilo).
DIRECTORS QUALIFYING SHARES is defined in the fourth recital. "DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE" means the Disclosure Schedule attached hereto as Schedule 1.
