Director Share Purchase Program definition

Director Share Purchase Program means the program established in the fourth quarter of 2000 pursuant to which each director of the Company is entitled to purchase up to 126,958 shares of common stock of the Company directly or through deemed investments under the DCP or the SERP in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Share Purchase Program Agreement.
