  • Verification to ensure that products conform to the approved type shall be limited to the procedures set out in section 2 of Annex X to Framework Directive 70/156/EEC, as amended by Directive 92/53/EEC, and as last adapted to technical progress by Commission Directive 98/14/EC, and in those separate Directives that contain specific requirements.
