Direct Representation definition
Direct Representation. By entering into an agreement concerning EuroBusiness and GlobalBusinessParcel products, the client authorises GLS to act as a direct represen- tative and to submit the Customs declarations required for exportation, on its behalf and at its expense.
Direct Representation means the agent is acting in the name of and on behalf of another person, as detailed in European Union Customs.
