Direct Reporting definition

Direct Reporting means the reporting of Data usage by End Customers direct to the relevant Exchange, in accordance with these Terms and Schedule D, Direct Reporting. Direct Reporting Customer means a Customer who has been authorized by the Exchange to undertake Direct Reporting. Direct Reporting Schedule means Schedule D of the Agreement (as amended by the Exchanges from time to time).
Direct Reporting. Means the reporting of Data usage by End Customers direct to Turquoise, in accordance with these Terms and the Direct Reporting Schedule.
Direct Reporting means reporting by reporting agents of statistical information directly to the ECB in accordance with the decision of a competent NCB pursuant to a regulation or decision of the ECB;

For the avoidance of doubt, a Direct Listing shall not be deemed to be an underwritten offering and shall not involve any underwriting services.

  • Client/Procuring Agency means Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center and its authorized representative.

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP, including any corrective and preventative actions;
